Job description

Project involves Devops + operations + maintenance + Administration work.
Skillset for Kafka Team :
Environment : Cloud , BareMetal
Cloud : AWS (ec2, s3, IAM roles, SG groups , CF template )
OS : Linux Infrastructure management tools : AWS Cloud Formation template ( Terraform is added advantage )
Configuration management tool : Ansible
Scripting : Shell (Python / Java is added advantage )
Streaming Platform : Apache Kafka
Container tools : Docker , Kubernetes , EKS
Roles and Responsibility :
• Apache Kafka administration , maintaining and monitoring Apache Kafka application on BareMetal and AWS environment
• Apache Kafka / Zookeeper upgrade and Migration Improving and adding new features to AWS Kafka deployment script
• Write / Modify Ansible playbooks based on the requirement
Good to have experience on EKS , Kubernetes , Docker . Good to have experience on Shell Scripting Added advantage of having good hands on Java and python Programming
