• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs while utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific goals and preferences.
• Provide therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other tailored approaches based on individual client needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy progress, and outcomes, adhering to all confidentiality and regulatory standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • A current and valid mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients through virtual interactions.
• Empathy and understanding toward clients’ experiences, demonstrating a commitment to their wellness.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, crucial for managing therapy sessions and documentation effectively within a remote setting.
