• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, paying particular attention to the severity and impact of their mood disorder symptoms.
• Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively during telehealth sessions.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance coping skills.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and healthcare teams to coordinate care, ensuring holistic treatment approaches are maintained.
• Stay informed about the latest research and methods in managing mood disorders, applying this knowledge to improve therapeutic practices.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and share insights on treatment modalities.
• Advocate for client needs and promote mental health awareness within the community, helping to destigmatize the conversation around mood disorders.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will predominantly work with adults experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will engage clients from diverse backgrounds, each of whom may have unique cultural perspectives on mental health. • Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
