Job description

Belay Technologies is seeking a Front‑End Software Engineer to join the CNO Section 7 Discovery Analytics Team (DAT) to develop rapid software solutions for CNO analysts and operators.

Responsibilities
  • Develop frontend UIs to display user data in intuitive ways.
  • Communicate directly with users to gather and integrate feedback into software solutions.
  • Understand the customer's mission.
  • Collaborate often with team members and across other teams.
  • Automate workflows.
  • Desire to solve problems even if you have minimal to no knowledge about how at the start.
Skills Requirements
  • Java Script/Typescript and HTML/CSS experience.
  • Experience developing with UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc).
  • Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, MySQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic Docker Containerization.
  • Experience using Git for version control.
  • Familiarity with Linux Commandline.
Nice to Haves
  • CNO Experience
  • Experience with Non Relational Databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
  • Other programming language knowledge (Java, Python, Bash, Powershell).
  • Other frontend or backend frameworks (Vue, FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.).
