Description:

Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies.

The Microservices Developer will write Java Spring Boot microservice applications using AWS native technologies, build REST services with Spring, and support CI/CD and Agile software delivery.

Position Required Skills:

  • Writing Java Spring Boot microservice applications using AWS native technologies.
  • Building REST services with Spring to filter and select complex data objects.
  • Implementing CI/CD using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps.
  • Agile development and delivery of software.
  • Communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Position Desired Skills:

  • Java, Spring boot or python
  • CI/CD tools: AWS tools, Maven, GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps
  • Database: NoSQL / MongoDB query and schema design
  • Test frameworks and automation including Playwright and Cucumber

AD2 Qualifications:

6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to support an on-call rotation.

Salary Range: $184k-$226k (Annually)
