Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Enterprise Architect with proven Greenfield design expertise and a strong Java development background to lead the architecture and delivery. This role involves close collaboration with the client’s Enterprise Architect and Delivery Director to deliver large-scale, innovative solutions leveraging Gen AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of a (Greenfield project).
  • Collaborate with the client’s Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
  • Partner with the client’s Delivery Director to oversee the implementation by a team of approximately 30 Java developers.
  • Drive large-scale system design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance excellence.
  • Integrate Gen AI technologies into the system architecture for advanced features and capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Java enterprise architecture and implementation.
  • Proven Greenfield system design expertise. (Expert is system design and architecture from scratch).
  • Strong experience with large-scale system development and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI integration and implementation.
  • Strong domain-driven design (DDD) experience, preferably within financial services or loyalty programs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field.
  • Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience in financial services or Loyalty programs is a plus.
