Job Summary:
ICONMA is seeking an IVR Software Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Genesys, and VoiceXML for their client in Cleveland, OH. The role involves backend development, building scalable microservices, and working with IVR platforms and telephony systems.
Responsibilities:
• Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development.
• Spring MVC & Spring Boot, Micro Services
• REST & SOAP Web Services
• Microservices
• Struts Framework – understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems.
• Spring MVC & Spring Boot – for building scalable microservices and APIs.
• REST & SOAP Web Services – API creation and consumption.
• JSON/XML data handling.
• Front End : JavaServer Page for VoiceXML (JSV) and Java server page.
• Understanding of IVR call flows, SIP
• Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys and cloud telephony (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialogflow).
• Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
• CI/CD experience using Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (GCP).
• Migration of IVR applications from monolithic Struts apps to Spring Boot microservices.
• Knowledge of AI-driven conversational IVR solutions.
