Strategic Migration Ownership: Lead the migration of existing test suites from Selenium Java to Playwright. Evaluate, design, and implement a robust automation architecture that prioritizes long-term maintainability over quick fixes.
Framework Stewardship: Own the "health" of the AuthHub automation framework. Proactively perform maintenance, refactor aging components, and refine existing patterns to ensure the framework remains highly performant and reliable.
Technical Discovery Research: Conduct deep-dive technical research into complex automation hurdles. Evaluate potential solutions by assessing their long-term impact on system sustainability, ensuring we avoid technical debt and "shortcut" engineering.
Setting Engineering Standards: Establish and enforce best-in-class coding standards, file structures, and design patterns. Act as the teams technical anchor, driving high-quality code through rigorous peer reviews and mentorship.
AI-Driven Innovation: Architect and build intelligent AI agents and custom instructions to bridge gaps within the automation ecosystem, accelerating testing velocity and reducing manual intervention.
