Job Description We are seeking a Core Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Java, software design, and large-scale, multi-OS environments and a proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, coach teams, and apply modern engineering practices to deliver resilient, secure software. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize Java services and applications for large-scale programs.

Apply Agile practices and cultivate team effectiveness within Agile frameworks. Lead and coach engineers in technical skills and engineering excellence. Implement CI/CD, TDD, and cloud-native patterns with a focus on resiliency and security.

Collaborate across multiple operating systems and infrastructure platforms. Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their application to business problems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Core Java and software design techniques.

Experience across the full software development lifecycle and toolchains. Proficiency with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development. Knowledge of cloud development, resiliency patterns, and application security practices.

Ability to operate in large, complex environments with multiple operating systems and infrastructures. Strong communication and coaching abilities. Experience level: 8+ years in relevant engineering roles.
