Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Location: Houston, TX (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern Java technologies, microservices, and IoT-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Java-based applications using modern frameworks and best practices
  • Build and maintain microservices, RESTful APIs, and web socket–based services
  • Develop applications that interact with IoT/M2M networks and connected devices
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions
  • Ensure code quality through proper testing, documentation, and reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of multitier (n-tier) architecture
  • Experience developing RESTful web services and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and web sockets
  • Strong experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT and CoAP
  • Experience building applications that interact with network layers for IoT, wireless, and connected devices
