Job Description

Title: Java Full stack Developer (9+ Years)

Location: San Jose, CA

Type: 9+ Months Contract

Visa: - USC/GC Only!!

Must have: AWS, NoSQL, Node.js Exp.


Qualifications

Java Software Developer/Engineer.

9+ year of experience in developing cloud-hosted (AWS), responsive, single page web applications using JavaScript, Java, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3.

High proficiency with client side JavaScript frameworks, Server side frameworks (Preferably NodeJS) and NoSQL databases (Preferably Cassandra).

Able to integrate with and manage APIs exposing micro services (REST, SOAP) including development and support of Java/JavaScript services.

Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers).

Demonstrates active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (Preferably GitHub, Jenkins/Bamboo, Mocha/Karma, etc.).

Ideally familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development

Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches using web and customer analytics data, understanding how these drive hypotheses-based development.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with track record of taking solution ownership.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
