GenAI Ops Intent Lead Permanent Full-Time 5 days in Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA. Visa: USC, GC, EAD (Only W2, No Sponsorship) Position Description Looking for a GenAI Ops Intent Lead who will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the successful delivery of Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, governance functions, and platform teams to ensure GenAI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. The Intent Lead owns the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI use cases, from intake and prioritization through deployment, adoption, and value realization. Working closely with engineering teams, architects, and business leaders, the Intent Lead ensures solutions align with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and operational needs. Responsibilities Product & Use Case Leadership

  • Own the GenAI use case lifecycle from ideation through production deployment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize GenAI opportunities.
  • Define business objectives, success criteria, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for GenAI initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary interface between business, technology, governance, and delivery teams.
