6-10 years relevant experience, preferably 2-3 years at ESI

Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field thorough, practical and consistent with organizational objectives

Strong customer service focus

Designing and developing applications using Java and J2EE technologies like JDBC, JNDI etc

Front end web UI development using JSP/Servlets/JSTL and other front end frameworks

Experience in deployment technologies like ANT and MAVEN
