Job description

Major Japanese Banka Seeks Bilingual Japanese Speaking Administrative Assistant

Hybrid Role Pays $60K-$65K

Assists with various Accounts Payable tasks, including daily bank account reconciliation, transferring data from Concur to QuickBooks, payment preparation, and manual data entry to QuickBooks, Concur, and ATLAS.

Creates Accounts Payable related reports to Head Office.

Provides assistance to the Accounts Receivable function, including data entry to QuickBooks, Concur, and Atlas.

Assists with various administrative tasks, which include creating various internal reports and applications, and other internal paperwork, as needed.

Manages document storage, including assistance for yearly review and destruction process for all departments.

Provides administrative support for MRC related transactions.

Assists with special projects as assigned.

Translates various documents and announcements from English to Japanese.

Performs other duties and responsibilities required by management.

Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with 2+ years of related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English.

Experience with Accounts Payable/Quickbooks or other Accounting Software Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint as well as other Microsoft Office products.
