GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANT
Sensei Lāna'i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Guest Services Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Guest Services Attendant serves as one of the first and last points of contact for guests, creating a warm and memorable arrival and departure experience. This role welcomes guests, assists with luggage and transportation needs, recognizes VIP and returning guests, and provides prompt, professional service while supporting guest requests and ensuring a seamless stay. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression while recognizing VIP and returning guests and providing information about resort services and amenities

  • Assist with luggage handling, including delivery, pick-up, storage, and transportation, while maintaining accurate records of all guest baggage movements

  • Serve as a knowledgeable guest resource by responding to inquiries, accommodating special requests, resolving concerns, and providing directions and information about resort facilities, events, and services

  • Perform guest and hotel errands, including local deliveries, package transportation, and other off-property requests as needed

  • Safely transport guests while ensuring resort vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with appropriate guest amenities

  • Deliver personalized, professional service that enhances the overall guest experience and supports seamless arrival, departure, and throughout-stay interactions

WHAT TO BRING
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 100 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Hawaii Drivers' License and Abstract is required for this role

  • Strong ability to anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and respond with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.
