C-level Executive Secretary -Bilingual Japanese$$$$
Prestigious International financial institution seeks a Bilingual Japanese Executive Secretary to provide secretarial support to CEO.Duties include general clerical, and project based work.
Overall Purpose of Job:
Assistance to the CEO and the president
Administration: travel and expense management; budget recording, tracking and monitoring; conference and guest scheduling and management.Some executive level telephone support and document management.
Tokyo Liaison: translation of key documents; interface with senior management ( US, Tokyo)
Requirements
• At least 5 +years experience providing support at the executive level
• BA degree or equivalent experience required
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Team and service oriented
• Fluency in English and Japanese languages
