Be physically present on the floor during service to ensure service standards
Guide, direct and train service staff; observe the flow of guests, and provide assistance when necessary
Ability to communicate effectively across all facets and departments
Assist in wine sales and service
Monitor sales and labor reports and forecast respectively
Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and communication skills
