Job description

We are looking for a passionate GENERAL MANAGER who leads with empathy and dedication to serve others.
We believe that the great hospitality starts within. Our leaders are present on the floor, know the guests, understand the team, recognize problems quickly, and take ownership of the restaurant's performance. 
What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day FOH and BOH operations to ensure high service quality standards.

  • Maintain an active and highly visible presence on the dining room floor throughout service.

  • Review sales, covers, check averages, beverage performance, labor, operating expenses, and other key performance indicators.

  • Provide executive leadership with clear and timely updates regarding staffing, operations, guest feedback, financial performance, and areas requiring attention.

  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, labor laws, and local health department standards.

  • Take full ownership of the restaurant’s operational and financial performance.

  • Act as the face of the restaurant, engage with guests, handle elevated guest complaints, and foster long-term loyalty.

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for staff development.

  • Partner with cross-functional departments to elevate the overall guest experience.
Experience with or strong knowledge of Korean or Japanese cuisine and flavor profiles is a plus.
