Job description

Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Call Center Associate
Location: Torrance, CA (onsite)
Work Hours: 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays (between 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Employment Type:Full-Time, Direct Hire, Non-Exempt
We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Call Center Associate to support customers with travel reservations, airline ticketing, and itinerary changes. This role provides full training, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, even without prior call center or travel industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, ticketing, seat assignments, and payments
Assist with new reservations and modifications for domestic and international travel
Provide technical support for website and mobile app navigation
Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
Use multiple CRM and reservation systems to manage bookings and case tracking
Deliver a professional, service-oriented customer experience at all times
Qualifications
Bilingual in Japanese (spoken and written)
Ability to work shift schedules (including early/late shifts)
Strong computer skillsandability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Prior travel industry or call center experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
