Position Type: Contract (12 months)

Job Description:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-level technical support to warehouse employees and internal users. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across devices, systems, and basic network connectivity.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting, working onsite, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support warehouse equipment such as scanners and Zebra printers
  • Assist with device setup, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding
  • Log and track tickets using a ticketing system, escalating when needed
  • Provide onsite, hands-on support to resolve user issues quickly
  • Follow basic IT processes and help maintain documentation
 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac devices and common applications
  • Familiarity with printers, scanners, or general hardware support
  • Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment
