Talent Operations Integration and Systems Analyst - Brief Description
Conduct technical and strategic management of talent acquisition operations, systems, infrastructure, data integrity, and global system infrastructure and operations. Oversee the integration of advanced systems, enhance recruitment processes, and manage complex global projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical management of the talent acquisition function, optimizing workflows, and refining processes to leverage cutting-edge technology and systems.
  • Administer and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment technologies, ensuring robust data integrity and system enhancements.
  • Implement and integrate new technological solutions that streamline recruitment processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for complex, globally scaled initiatives, outlining scope, timelines, potential risks, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to project milestones, deadlines, and high-quality standards.
  • Oversee project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining data reporting in Excel for all recruiting functions and business units.
  • Design and deliver training programs for the talent acquisition team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and oversee employee credential creation, system IDs, and new employee accounts for payroll and learning management systems.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Responsible for all Policy, Procedure, Control Instruction, and Standard Operating Procedures for the Talent Acquisition and Operations Department.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Global Management, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years of experience in managing global projects, specifically including the United States, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, and China.

Technical Skills:
  • Must have 2 years of experience in semiconductor global talent analytics.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in semiconductor-specific global data and marketing analytics.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in HR Information Systems Integration of SAP and Peoplesoft with custom-built management systems.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with SAP, ADP, RP, Peoplesoft, Talent Neuron, First Advantage, and High Match.

Physical Requirements:
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.

Standard Work Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
