Job Title: Janitorial Technician Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10.5 Hours Per Day Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout a warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to company standards, creating a safe and professional environment for employees and visitors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, countertops, partitions, and floors. Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer. Clean and maintain employee breakrooms, including tables, chairs, countertops, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, and floors. Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility and replace liners as needed. Dust, wipe, and sanitize office furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces. Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard-surface flooring in offices, hallways, and common areas. Clean and maintain cafeteria and dining areas, ensuring tables, chairs, serving areas, and floors remain sanitary. Perform routine cleaning of warehouse outer areas, entrances, walkways, loading dock areas, and other designated exterior spaces. Remove debris and maintain cleanliness around building perimeters. Clean interior glass, doors, and other touchpoint surfaces. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Complete assigned cleaning tasks within established timeframes and quality standards. Qualifications: Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required. Work Environment: Warehouse, office, cafeteria, restroom, and outdoor environments. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment. Fast-paced environment requiring physical activity throughout the shift. Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
