Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Janitorial Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning staff at various client locations. This is an evening, after-hours position requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work alongside the team to ensure high cleaning standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate janitorial staff across assigned locations
  • Perform cleaning duties alongside team members as needed
  • Ensure all client facilities are cleaned to company standards and client expectations
  • Conduct routine inspections of job sites to maintain quality control
  • Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • Address and resolve employee or client concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, performance, and site conditions
Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts consistently
Compensation & Schedule:
