Janitor/Busser
Position Summary
The Janitor/Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the Twin Peaks restaurant. This role supports both the Front of House and Heart of House teams by ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment that enhances the guest experience.
The Janitor/Busser plays a key role in upholding Twin Peaks' standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Cleanliness & Sanitation
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and exterior spaces.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleaning, sanitation, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with GHS requirements and all health and safety standards.
  • Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Dining Room & Guest Support
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to support guest flow.
  • Assist servers and front-of-house staff in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Remove trash, debris, and spills promptly to ensure a safe environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and high-traffic areas.

Operational Support
  • Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Maintain organization of cleaning supplies, tools, and storage areas.
  • Support kitchen and bar areas with cleaning needs as required.
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to support overall restaurant operations.

Uniform & Appearance Standards
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with Twin Peaks uniform standards.
  • Follow all grooming, hygiene, and dress code requirements.

Reporting Structure
  • Report To: Restaurant manager

Qualifications
  • Previous janitor/ busser or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
