Job description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Part-Time Janitor to support daily cleaning and light maintenance needs across our facility. This role ensures that offices, common areas, and workspaces remain clean, safe, and presentable for employees and visitors.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Office Cleaning — Dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and maintaining tidy work areas.
  • Restroom Sanitation — Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and restocking supplies.
  • Break Area Upkeep — Cleaning tables, counters, appliances, and ensuring a sanitary shared space.
  • Parking Area Maintenance — Light debris removal and general upkeep of exterior walkways and parking areas.
  • Light Maintenance — Minor repairs, patching, painting, and quick fixes as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
