Job description

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Overview

Four Corners Cleaning Inc. is looking for a dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at the Medina driver exam location. This is part-time, Tuesday-Saturday, start time 6:00pm, about an hour and a half to two hours per night. Applicants must have a clean background.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and be responsible for keeping the facility clean and presentable for employees and members of the public.

Duties

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, counters, and other areas as needed.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and frequently used areas.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
  • Clean entrance areas, hallways, waiting areas, testing spaces, offices, and common areas.
  • Keep the facility clean, orderly, and free of debris.
  • Spot-clean walls, doors, windows, and other surfaces as needed.
  • Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as necessary.
  • Follow all cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
  • Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while working at the facility.
  • Protect confidential information and respect the privacy of employees and visitors.

Requirements

  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
