  • Own operating system update and patching processes, application packaging, testing, and compatibility across endpoint environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, and specialized endpoint devices such as 10ZiG thin clients.
  • Monitor endpoint management platforms and proactively resolve enrollment, compliance, configuration, and device health issues.

  • Partner with Network, Security, Server, and other IT teams to resolve cross-functional technology issues.
  • Take ownership of end-user audiovisual solutions and participate in AV deployments, projects, and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting after-hours incidents affecting business and operational environments.

  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise endpoint management and administration, with demonstrated ownership of endpoint technologies and environments.
  • Hands-on experience administering and managing platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SOTI, or similar endpoint management solutions.
  • Experience owning device provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, application deployment, and endpoint lifecycle processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, applications, and endpoint configurations.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to technical support.
  • Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Preferred

  • Experience owning endpoint environments in manufacturing or other operational environments.
  • Experience with application packaging, software deployment, or endpoint configuration management.
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience, particularly PowerShell.
  • Experience supporting audiovisual technologies and vendor-managed solutions.
