Role Details:
  • Title: Senior IT Support Specialist (NA)
  • Location: Remote initially → Onsite (Port Washington, WI)
  • Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months with strong potential for full-time conversion)
  • Rate: $30/hour on W2
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact role where you will act as the primary IT presence for the region. You’ll be responsible not only for day-to-day support but also for improving IT processes, reducing recurring issues, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and resolve 1st & 2nd line IT issues across hardware, software, and networking
  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the regional office
  • Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end with accountability
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
  • Improve onboarding/offboarding workflows through automation and standardization
  • Provision users across Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Office 365
  • Configure and support Windows and macOS devices
  • Manage devices using Intune, Jamf, or similar tools
  • Collaborate with HR and global IT teams for seamless operations
  • Support executives and senior stakeholders with professionalism
  • Assist with onsite IT infrastructure, conferencing systems, and networking issues
