RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 
  • Proactively identify customer needs and drive sales by presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions.
  • Use outbound calls, text messages, and emails as your primary method for reaching prospects and engaging new customers.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to improve retention.
  • Persuasively recommend products that add value to customer's lives and protect what matters most.
  • Build long term relationships with customers through trust, reliability and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide outstanding support by resolving customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the agency's success by engaging new prospects and strengthening existing customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in outside or inside sales.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships by answering questions, anticipating needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell, assist, and retain customers.
  • Proactive problem-solver with customer first mindset.
  • Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Possess or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License.
