We are looking for a passionate and dedicatedMid-Senior Level Site Civil Engineer based out of San Antonio or Austin, TX. In this role, you will be an integral member of the design team. You will have the opportunity to perform site civil engineering analysis and design for a wide range of projects locally, nationally, and around the world, producing technical reports, construction drawings and technical specifications. Specific Civil design efforts will entail assessing site features and creating site layouts, designing utilities systems and pavements, grading and drainage, stormwater management and erosion & sediment control. Additionally, your expertise will be leveraged to develop project drawing and technical specification deliverables during design, as well as services during construction support during construction phases of work.

You will have the opportunity to grow professionally through challenging projects and working closely with our multi-disciplined design teams, Senior Project Managers, and our clients. Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience for infrastructure, building/facilities-related site civil design projects.
  • Experience with large scale land development, data center or semi-conductor site projects.
  • Strong background in plan production and project execution while leading design teams.
  • Experience working in a multi-discipline team with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
  • Practical hands‑on experience and/or construction support.
  • Experience with alternate delivery (Design-Build, CMAR/CM‑GC and/or EPC projects)

The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
