The Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is now hiring a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant for our Jack Giambalvo Hyundai location in York!

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and satisfaction.

Greet customers and determine vehicle needs through effective questioning and active listening

Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives

Clearly explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and pricing

Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a smooth, informative delivery process

Build strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Maintain consistent follow-up using the CRM system

Stay up to date on new inventory, features, accessories, and technology

Understand vehicle values, equity, and depreciation, and explain them to customers

Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to auto sales

Collaborate with the service department to reinforce the full dealership experience

Attend sales meetings and work closely with management to achieve goals

Track performance and continuously look for ways to improve productivity

Perform daily sales routines and other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales or customer service experience required (automotive experience preferred)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of technology and CRM systems

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a good driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
