Job description

C360 Data Product - Senior Associate

The team

Client 360 (C360) is a flagship data and analytics platform that delivers a singular, consistent, and comprehensive view JPMorgan's client relationships across the Commercial & Investment Bank and Private Bank. C360 integrates data from dozens of internal domains (financials, coverage, interactions, credit, organizational hierarchy) and enriches it with external intelligence to power frontline workflows, analytics dashboards, AI-driven insights, and executive reporting. The platform serves bankers, portfolio managers, and business leaders across Global Banking, Markets, Securities Services, Payments and the Private Bank. We operate an end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) that moves from discovery through rapid Proof of Product to production-grade delivery, building code-ready deliverables that let us test, learn, and create real value at pace. CIB Digital Platform & Services (DPS) is responsible for delivering this effort.

This is a fast-growing, delivery-focused Product team based in London and New York that operates with a start-up mentality inside one of the world's largest financial institutions. We think of our consumers (bankers, analysts, portfolio managers) as customers, and we measure success by adoption, engagement, and the value our data products deliver to them. You will be part of an industry-leading product division and will have the opportunity to shape our ways of working, tooling, and culture as we scale.

The role

The team is hiring Data Product Associates to own the translation of data into consumer-facing products optimized for business consumption. You will partner with Business Initiative leads to receive requirements and with Data Domain Leads to become the central point of cross-domain data aggregation and derivation, transforming raw data into business insights that create real value. You will work across the full Product Development Lifecycle: requirements capture, schema design, data quality validation, rapid Proof of Product, and go-to-market with downstream consumers including analytics platforms, front-end applications, AI services, and executive dashboards.

This position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to:

  • Play a leading role in delivering consumer-facing data products, including the front-end views and applications that put insights directly into end users' hands, and influence how the firm understands, engages, and grows client relationships globally.

  • Partner with Business Initiative teams and Data Domain Leads to aggregate cross-domain data, derive business-ready metrics, and run rapid Proof of Product cycles that validate value before scaling to production.

  • Drive data product development through the full PDLC, from discovery and requirements through code-ready Proof of Product deliverables, using agentic workflows to accelerate iteration with engineering and data teams.

Champion adoption and consumption of data products across CIB. Think like a start-up building its customer base: support front-end views and self-service experiences that make data tangible for end users and drive measurable engagement.

  • Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of JPM's customers and the market through user research and discovery.

  • Partner with data scientists to derive business insights using data analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Graph) and forward-looking AI/ML capabilities.

  • Build deep expertise in how JPM engages clients across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporates, and other segments within C360's client ecosystem.

About you

We know there is no single template for great data product people. As a guideline for Senior Associates, we look for:

  • 4+ years of experience spanning data management & delivery, product ownership & delivery, or a generalist problem-solving environment such as a top-tier consultancy, investment bank, or data-intensive technology company.

  • Strong interest in the data product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements definition through schema design, data quality, Proof of Product, and consumption optimisation, with a bias toward shipping code-ready deliverables that let you test and learn quickly.

  • Interest in operating across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate, and other client segments within JPM's CIB ecosystem, preferably with relevant domain experience.

  • Familiarity with AI development lifecycles, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, or agentic workflows, or a genuine appetite to learn. You should see AI as a force multiplier for moving from idea to Proof of Product at pace.

  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting, and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.

  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset: you care about making data real for the people who consume it, building a customer base for your products, and creating tangible value fast. Think start-up energy inside a global bank, where every front-end view, dashboard, and data feed is a product you own and grow.
