Requisition Details:
Description
    Hands-on experience on Java, Struts 1.1, EJB 2, Oracle PL SQL and data analysis exposure.
    Experienced on manual testing in Integration & UAT environments.
    Coordinate with stakeholders on scope definition, business requirements and functional specifications and create BRDS/FRDs.
    Domain experience in Treasury area with specific focus in the Liquidity Risk Management/Reporting area.
    Coordinate between business & technology teams for preparation and implementation of project plans and present weekly project status report.
    Work with subject matter experts to produce relevant artifacts (process flow charts, user requirements, user guides, release notes)
Qualification
    Hands-on experience in Java, Struts 1.1, EJB 2 and Oracle PL SQL required.
    Coordinate with stakeholders on scope definition, business requirements and functional specifications and create BRDS/FRDs.
    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    8+ years prior experience in financial services working on medium to large-scale projects
    Excellent understanding of the Treasury function within a bank with 5+ years of industry experience
    Familiarity with Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting for multinational banks.
    Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Practices, Risk Measurement and Analysis
    Solid understanding of financial products
    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Strong multi-tasking skills required
    Must be able to come up to speed quickly - quick learner
    BS/BA required (MS/MBA a plus)
