About the role:As a Claims Representative with TQL, you will be a vital part of the company’s risk management and loss prevention efforts. You will be responsible for managing an evolving portfolio of cargo claims, resolving them through customer, carrier, and insurance outreach. This role requires a high attention to detail, customer service, and investigative mentality to ensure we continue to have the best Claims team in the industry.
