Role Description The Assistant role at J.Crew Factory is a part-time, on-site position based in Durham, NC. This role supports store operations by greeting customers, answering questions about products and promotions, and ensuring a welcoming, organized shopping environment. Daily tasks include replenishing and arranging merchandise on the sales floor, assisting with fitting rooms, and maintaining visual standards aligned with brand guidelines.
