Role Description The Sales Associate role at J.Crew Factory in McHenry, IL is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering an engaging and friendly in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that align with J.Crew Factory’s style and value. The Sales Associate maintains merchandise presentation, restocks and organizes sales floor and fitting rooms, and supports store promotions and visual displays. This role also involves operating the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately, handling returns, and assisting with inventory tasks.
