Manager of Clinical Education
This position is to be based out of Amherst NY

The salary range for this position starts at $110,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.

We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Education to develop, execute and optimize Ivoclar's clinical education programs that align with our strategic goals. This role supports the Director of Education and Professional Services in enhancing clinician engagement, strengthening relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Specialists of Interest (SOIs), and delivering innovative clinical content across multiple formats and channels. The ideal candidate will blend clinical experience with strong communication, project management, and educational development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Program Development
  • Collaborate with the Director and Senior Manager to develop and implement strategic educational plans for Ivoclar Academy.
  • Lead the creation and execution of clinical education content across various formats including lectures, hands-on workshops, webinars, professional tips, blogs, and more.
  • Ensure content aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements, partnering with external consultants and internal teams for formatting, editing, and publication.

KOL & Customer Engagement
  • Support KOLs and key customers by delivering product updates and offering clinical guidance through periodic meetings and educational touchpoints.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lectures at trade shows, internal trainings, and external educational forums.

Training & Content Development
  • Develop digital content for social media and Ivoclar Academy per business needs.

Clinical Content & Workflow Management
  • Develop and define clinical workflows to inform and support the design of educational programs and tools.
  • Manage the operatory environment and maintain the clinical database of patient cases for educational and research purposes.

Product Evaluation & Scientific Support
  • Lead and support product evaluations and beta testing initiatives in collaboration with the R&D and Marketing teams.
  • Present evaluation data at scientific conferences and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Assist Clinical Customer Service and Sales teams with clinical consultations, troubleshooting, and education.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure educational initiatives support broader campaigns and product positioning.

Systems & Compliance
  • Conduct material handling evaluations to support quality control within the CRM-CCH.
  • Manage and maintain QUMAS documentation in accordance with Ivoclar's Quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Professional Representation
  • Represent Ivoclar at industry trade shows, forums, and professional continuums as an educational and clinical expert.

Your Qualifications:
  • BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferred in professional services, clinical education, or related roles within the dental or medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, continuing education requirements, and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for events, training, and KOL engagement
