Job description

Dallas IVF, a state-of-the-art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, is looking for an IVF Coordinator-RN to join our team! This position is full time, in person, at our Dallas location from 7:30am-4:30pm,with rotating weekends at our Frisco locationย andย coverage at our Frisco and McKinney locationsย as needed.

The IVF Coordinator-RN will work as part of a multidisciplinary team within a fully functional fertility clinic, providing high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the assisted conception pathway. The role involves supporting individuals and couples undergoing fertility investigations and treatments, including ovulation induction, donor insemination, intra-uterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and gamete/embryo donation programs.

The IVF Coordinator-RN will deliver safe and evidence-based clinical care, patient education, emotional support, treatment coordination, and ongoing monitoring, always ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinic protocols.

What You'll Do

Clinical Care:

  • Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility assessment and treatment
  • Support and prepare patients for procedures including follicle tracking scans, oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and IUI
  • Administer stimulation, trigger, and luteal support medications
  • Perform venipuncture and clinical observations; assist during procedures
  • Monitor patients pre- and post-procedure; recognize and respond to complications such as OHSS
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records
  • Other duties as assigned

Treatment Coordination & Patient Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each patient's treatment cycle
  • Deliver nurse-led consultations including treatment planning, consent appointments, and medication teaching
  • Provide emotional support and referrals to counselling services as needed
  • Ensure continuity of care and communication across medical, lab, admin, and counselling teams

Compliance & Quality:

  • Follow clinic SOPs, regulatory standards, and safeguarding procedures
  • Support completion of consents, legal parenthood documentation, and donor-related requirements
  • Participate in audits, incident reporting, and quality improvement initiatives

Administrative & Operational:

  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatment cycles, and communication pathways
  • Ensure safe storage of clinic medications and consumables
  • Support patient information development and service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Experience in acute care, women's health, gynecology, or a related specialty
  • RN licenseย 
  • Competency in venipuncture and medication administration
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred:

  • Experience in fertility or reproductive medicine
