What You'll Do
As a Fertility Registered Nurse, you'll serve as a trusted guide for patients throughout their treatment journey by:
- Educating patients about fertility treatments, medications, and individualized care plans.
- Coordinating IVF and fertility treatment cycles from start to finish.
- Teaching medication administration, including injection training.
- Triaging patient questions and providing timely follow-up care.
- Collaborating closely with physicians, embryology, surgery center, laboratory, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Reviewing laboratory results and communicating next steps with patients.
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Administering medications and injections as needed.
- Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners during every stage of treatment.
