Job description

About the Role

For numerous patients, embarking on the journey to parenthood is a pivotal chapter in their lives. They approach us filled with hope and vulnerability, seeking a physician who truly cares. If fostering such meaningful patient connections is what inspired you to pursue a career in medicine, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Our organization is in search of a board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN to become part of our team in either Irvine or Arcadia, California. This position is strictly daytime, with no overnight shifts, offering a predictable schedule and a supportive culture for both you and your patients. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training in fertility and IVF-related procedures alongside our exceptional embryology and clinical teams, meaning prior experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) is not necessary.

In this role, you will cultivate a specialized skill set in one of the most fulfilling areas of medicine, where your contributions can significantly impact lives.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), and more for full-time roles.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Paid malpractice insurance (claims-made or occurrence; tail coverage can be negotiated).
  • Support for credentialing and licensing.
  • Options for full-time, part-time, and per-diem work arrangements.
Why Join Us?

Our organization stands as one of Southern California's premier fertility groups, recognized for our unique Precision IVF® program and a sincere dedication to patient outcomes. We provide a comprehensive range of fertility services, including ART procedures, reproductive surgeries, IUI, oocyte and embryo cryopreservation, genetic testing, donor oocyte services, and gestational surrogacy.

Our mission is to make the journey to parenthood as accessible, supportive, and successful as possible, starting with our physicians. We are a close-knit team that values collaboration, and every role—clinical and administrative—exists to enhance the patient experience and outcomes. Both locations are equipped with state-of-the-art procedure rooms and on-site IVF and hormone laboratories, while our in-house marketing and administrative teams manage the business aspects, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: your patients.

Position Highlights
  • Daytime schedule only, with no nighttime responsibilities.
  • Structured training and mentorship in reproductive medicine and fertility procedures.
  • Direct access to a top-tier clinical embryology team.
  • Strong in-house marketing and referral development to ensure a steady patient flow.
  • Dedicated administrative and operations staff to allow physicians to focus on patient care.
  • Support for credentialing and licensing from the very beginning.
  • Significant growth opportunities and a clear pathway to increased clinical responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered consultations that significantly impact patients facing one of life's most emotional experiences.
  • Perform fertility and gynecological procedures, including oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer (full training will be provided).
  • Conduct thorough health evaluations, including assessments of potential oocyte donors and gestational carriers.
  • Engage in clinic webinars and marketing initiatives to strengthen patient relationships and expand the practice.
  • Guide and support clinic staff to cultivate a high-performance, compassionate care environment.
Who We Are Seeking

You chose to become a physician to make a difference in people's lives. You thrive on building meaningful patient relationships, are motivated by your patients' successes, and are dedicated to providing care with empathy, patience, and expertise. You aspire to be part of a team that upholds high standards and genuinely enjoys its work.

  • Board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN.
  • Deeply compassionate, with an exceptional bedside manner for patients in sensitive, high-stakes situations.
  • Excellent communicator who puts patients at ease and fosters lasting trust.
  • Proficient in women's health procedures; prior experience in fertility or REI is not required.
  • Comfortable and confident with procedural tasks; a steady hand and technical skills are valuable assets.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to positively impacting patients and colleagues alike.
Life in Southern California

Our physicians enjoy the best that California has to offer. Both locations provide easy access to world-class beaches, hiking, dining, theme parks, and weekend getaways.

Irvine, CA (Orange County)
  • Regularly ranked as one of the safest and most family-friendly cities in the United States.
