Job description

We are a luxury medical spa seeking an experienced Aesthetics Registered Nurse (RN) to provide aesthetic and wellness treatments including injectables, IV therapy, laser skin resurfacing, and wellness support services. Aesthetic experience is required.

This is not a training position. The ideal candidate is confident in patient consultations, treatment education, and creating an exceptional client experience.

This role also includes opportunities for performance-based compensation tied to overall service and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) in accordance with California nursing regulations and medical oversight protocols
  • Perform dermal filler injections
  • Conduct IV therapy and wellness infusions
  • Perform or assist with laser and energy-based treatments
  • Support wellness treatment plans and peptide therapy programs under physician/medical director supervision
  • Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and individualized treatment planning
  • Educate patients on appropriate aesthetic and wellness services, skincare, and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and safety compliance
  • Deliver a high-end patient experience while supporting practice growth and client retention

Requirements:

  • Active California RN license in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic medical setting
  • Proven experience with injectables, IV therapy, and laser treatments
