Registered Nurse-Emergency Room

Location: Hilo, Hawaii

Pay Rate: $ 1700 To $ 1908/Week

Contract: 15 Weeks

Schedule: Night Shift |12-Hour Shifts 

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Emergency Room RN Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will care for trauma, cardiac, behavioral health, and emergency patients while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on patient acuity.

  • Administer medications, IV therapy, emergency treatments, and monitor patient responses.

  • Provide care for trauma, cardiac, behavioral health, and emergency patients in a high-volume emergency department.

  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR while adhering to patient safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Active Hawaii RN License required by the start of the assignment.

  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.

  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required.

  • Strong critical thinking, emergency assessment, trauma care, and patient stabilization skills.

  • Must be available for night shifts, weekends, holidays, and work in a fast-paced emergency department.
