Registered Nurse-Emergency Room

Location: Waimea, Hawaii

Pay Rate: $ 2300 To $ 2560/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Variable Shifts 8hrs shift & 10 hrs Shift

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Emergency Room RN Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, compassionate patient care, respond effectively to emergency situations, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Flexibility to work all shifts and float to other departments as needed is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on clinical acuity.

  • Administer medications, IV therapy, emergency treatments, and monitor patient responses.

  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions.

  • Float to ICU and Long-Term Care units as needed based on staffing requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR while ensuring compliance with patient safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Active Hawaii RN License required.

  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required.

  • Must be flexible to work day, evening, night, 8-hour, and 12-hour rotating shifts.

  • Strong emergency assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
