Job description

North Brunswick, United States | Posted on 07/15/2026

  • Work Experience 1-3 years
  • Salary $75-$85/hr commensurate with experience + monthly production commission

Schedule Full-Time | Some Evenings + 1–2 Saturdays/Month

Compensation $75–$85/hr commensurate with experience + monthly production commission

Employment Full-Time | W2 | On-Site

Step into the primary full-time injector chair at an established VIO Med Spa in Central New Jersey. You get a $75 to $85 per hour base with monthly production commission, day‑one clinical independence under an off‑site medical director, and an owner who injects alongside you and invests in monthly training. The busiest evening and Saturday blocks are yours to build on, so the hours that grow the practice also grow your production.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform aesthetic consultations and deliver injectable treatments (neurotoxins and HA fillers: Botox, Daxxify, Juvederm, and RHA) within your training and New Jersey scope of practice.
  • Build and retain a loyal patient book as the practice’s full‑time nurse injector or cosmetic injector, through natural‑looking results, honest education, and consistent follow‑up.
  • Expand into biostimulators and regenerative treatments (Sculptra, PRP/PRF) as your scope and the menu grow.
  • Collaborate with the esthetics team on combined treatment plans spanning facials, RF microneedling, and laser, and keep accurate EMR documentation per protocol.
Requirements What We Need
  • Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP/APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on aesthetic injecting with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, in a med spa, medical spa, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting. Comfortable injecting independently from day one; pre‑op/post‑op‑only plastics or derm profiles without injecting experience are not a fit.
  • Schedule flexibility: some Tuesday or Thursday evening shifts (to 8:00 PM) and 1–2 Saturdays per month.

Biostimulator and PRF experience, laser or RF microneedling skills, a background working alongside estheticians, wellness experience (HRT, GLP-1), and Allergan or Revance product familiarity are all strong advantages.

Schedule + Compensation

$75 to $85 per hour base, commensurate with experience, plus a monthly production commission, with the commission structure reviewed with qualified candidates in the recruiter interview. The full‑time schedule is built within center hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Evening and Saturday blocks are the highest‑demand hours in the practice, which makes them the fastest path for a new injector to build production. Monthly team trainings keep your technique and product knowledge current.

Full‑time employees are eligible for a benefits package that includes health and dental coverage options, paid time off, employee pricing on VIO services and retail products, and paid monthly training and development, with room to advance as the practice grows.

About the Opportunity

VIO Med Spa is a nationally recognized franchise, proudly named Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 Med Spa Franchise for three consecutive years. The North Brunswick location is owner‑operated by a practicing PA‑C who still injects, leads from the treatment room, and invests in the team’s clinical growth. A plastic surgeon medical director provides oversight through chart review and phone consultation, and providers inject independently day to day. The team is small, tight‑knitted, and collaborative: injectors and estheticians plan treatments together, and the culture rewards reliability and teamwork. The seat is open now for a near‑term start.
