This will require a strong ability to set direction, coach to skill set, manage behaviors, teach selling strategies and provide timely and thorough follow up. This position will require the implementation of corporate policies and procedures and ensure adherence by the staff. Provision of outstanding customer service and client retention.Desire to support company growth and continual improvement by participating in training conducted in clinic or at corporateAs Lead iV Specialist you will provide support to your staff and ensure a successful clinic by completing the following tasks:Scheduling and Payroll of Staff for your Clinic and ongoing schedule coordination to ensure adequate coverage of the clinic. Each staff member is responsible for ensuring coverage for their selected shifts. Coordinate and organize events and/or satellite locations.Provide HR with biweekly payroll summary with real time management of clocked hours by staff for adherence to company policiesEnsure no one is clocking in prior to scheduled shift *more info belowProvide a tip tracker to the first of each month for previous months tips.Ensure policies, procedures and protocols are followed by all, which includes but not limited to Compliance with protocols and current healthcare regulations consistent with your medical license.Enforcing break policy Maintaining a clean clinic Auditing of weekly transactions, like discounts to ensure they are in the approved categories.Auditing transactions to see if any memberships were declined and follow up with members to get new info.Auditing of Aesthetic Records - ensuring previous days customers were entered correctlyEnsure staff is entering every client into the customer app on Clover so we can gather their information.Ensure all expense receipts are sent to Ashlin HR on a monthly basis.Orienting of Staff as NeededTrain staff as needed, new staff and staff that needs a refresher Keep records of any challenges / problems with staffs, submitting all records to HRMaintain an "Open Office Policy" to be available to staff as needed.Order and Maintain sufficient inventory for customer and store needs using company ecommerce site: Cocktail vials iV suppliestoilet paper, water, snacks, etc.Implement our mission of providing safe, effective and efficient iV therapies and services to customers by following iV Bars Steps Of Service:
