What You Will Do
Provide care across multiple patient homes within designated service areas or regions
Incorporate anddemonstratestandard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
Act independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
Retain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement

Minimum Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (no flags or restrictions)
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience
Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
Home care experience preferred

Foley and Supra Pubic Catheters - insertion, maintenance, troubleshooting
PleurexCatheters - drainage and site care
Wound Care - including Wound V.A.C. therapy
