Take full ownership of the end-to-end hardware lifecycle while driving data integrity in ServiceNow alongside top-tier cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hardware Lifecycle & Inventory Operations

• End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead receiving, deployment, assignment, recovery, refresh, redeployment, and eco-friendly disposal.
• Storage & Logistics: Manage local storage rooms, spare parts, inventory levels, shipping/receiving, and physical stock.
• Vendor & Project Ops: Oversee vendor repairs, warranty replacements, returns, office moves, and special hardware refreshes.
• Audits & Metrics: Perform physical inventory audits, reconciliations, and generate performance/accuracy metrics.

• ServiceNow Ownership: Maintain precise asset records, repositories, and asset-to-CI (Configuration Item) relationships.
• Data Integrity: Support CMDB audits, certifications, and reconcile discrepancies between physical gear and virtual records.

• Partner directly with the Hardware Asset Manager to standardize governance, processes, and reporting.
• Work with the Software Asset Manager / Change Manager to support refresh planning, licensing, and lifecycle strategy.
• Serve as the primary LA point of contact for all local hardware asset initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Experience: 5+ years in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.

Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (or a comparable enterprise ITAM platform).

Skills: Exceptional auditing, inventory control, and organizational capabilities.

Tech Concepts: Familiarity with CMDB concepts, ITIL best practices, and configuration management principles.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, reach, and occasionally use ladders for storage and inventory tasks.
