  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including:

  1. Leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, and integrations with enterprise platforms.

  2. Designing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, and system integrations.

  3. Establishing and enforcing platform governance, architectural standards, and best practices, including CMDB/CSDM alignment, security, performance optimization, and platform health.

  4. Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while overseeing workflows, integrations, and overall system design, with a focus on minimizing unnecessary customizations.

  5. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding architectural decisions, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the long-term ServiceNow platform roadmap.
