These professionals can include players, coaches, officials, and administrators who participate in or help organize ITF-sanctioned tournaments and events. The ITF is responsible for overseeing the rules of tennis and organizing international competitions such as the Davis Cup and Fed Cup. Working in roles related to the ITF often involves global travel, adherence to international regulations, and promoting the sport at various levels.

Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex technology in simple terms help ITFs stand out. These skills ensure end users receive effective support, minimize downtime, and promote efficient use of technology in the workplace.
