Comprehensive Care: Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning for Phase I and Phase II orthodontic cases.
Clinical Excellence: Manage a full range of orthodontic treatments, including traditional brackets, clear aligners (Invisalign), and various growth-modifying appliances.
Team Leadership: Direct the Orthodontic Clinical Manager and specialized Ortho Assistants to ensure efficient chairside flow and patient comfort.
Integration: Collaborate closely with our Pediatric Dentists on site to manage space maintenance and early interceptive treatment.
Patient Experience: Maintain the signature "Dental Kidds" atmosphereโ€”fun, approachable, and supportive for both children and their parents.

Salary Range

Full-time $200,000 - $450,000 per year

Requirements
  • Licensed dentist
  • Orthodontic Residency

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited post-graduate residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible (American Board of Orthodontics).
Active Minnesota Dental License (or the ability to obtain one).
