What you’ll be doing:
Found Item Processing:
  • Sorting and identifying returnable found items
  • Input and classification into a web-based program
  • Light to heavy lifting, processing of trash and other waste items,
Shipping:
  • Use of shipping software ie. FedEx ShipManager, Stamps.com etc. to ship domestic and international packages.
  • Choosing appropriate packaging materials per the item(s) being shipped
  • Prioritizing shipping activities to meet deadlines and meet customer expectations
  • Following proper shipping reporting procedures to allow for tracking, reporting, and accounting for all shipped items.
General Warehouse Maintenance:
  • Following all safety rules and always operating equipment in a safe manner including wearing of appropriate protective devices as needed.
  • Keeping a clean and clutter-free work environment.
  • Operation of pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment.
  • Disposal of trash, hazardous, and recycled materials per warehouse guidelines.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of common areas as needed including break rooms and restrooms.
