Weekend RN Supervisor

Join the Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center team in Bennington, Vermont, and take the first step in a rewarding career as a Weekend RN Supervisor!

As a Weekend RN Supervisor at Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our 90-bed facility, providing high-quality care and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Our comprehensive long-term skilled nursing care and post-acute rehabilitation programs cater to a diverse range of patients, including those with dementia and Huntington's Disease.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

  • Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance and support to staff members

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and high clinical standards

  • Collaborate with the Management team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
